Responsibilities
- Own the success and outcomes of Truv’s largest and most complex enterprise customers. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple lines of business. - Drive adoption and maximize utilization of Truv within large, matrixed organizations. - Lead and coordinate enterprise-level implementations spanning multiple products, use cases, and systems. - Design and deliver tailored enablement programs, training, and best practices to accelerate adoption. - Collect, analyze, and present customer data to uncover insights that inform strategy and drive measurable success. - Proactively identify and manage customer risks, engaging internal teams as needed to ensure successful outcomes. - Partner closely with Account Executives to support renewals, expansions, and upsells across enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS technology, ideally within data, financial services, or mortgage technology. - Deep understanding of the enterprise Customer Success lifecycle and proven ability to deliver measurable client impact. - Experience leading large-scale software rollouts at Fortune 500 or financial services organizations. - Strong ability to master complex product functionality and translate technical concepts into business value for customers. - Skilled at educating, enabling, and training enterprise customers across diverse audiences. - Track record of resolving complex customer issues through effective cross-functional collaboration. - Familiarity with mortgage, consumer lending, or fintech technology and operations. - Background in a high-growth startup environment with demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and scale processes.
