Job description
We are a service that helps arbitrageurs work steadily with advertising accounts. Over 350 teams and solo buyers have already chosen us, and we are growing further.
Responsibilities
- Communicate in chat with clients already working with us (no sales) - Assist clients with questions related to advertising accounts - Forward requests to partners and monitor execution - Maintain reports and document inquiries - Provide quality, calm, and clear service
Requirements
- Experience working with FB (not Google) as a farmer or media buyer, or personal experience with FB (mandatory) - Politeness, attentiveness, literacy, quick response, and ability to resolve client issues calmly
