Responsibilities
- Manage and organize Binance's online and offline communities across the DACH region.
- Lead Telegram group moderation and implement Telegram bots.
- Organize and execute events like meetups, webinars, and workshops.
- Establish partnerships with local crypto communities and universities.
- Support recruitment and management of Binance Angels.
- Create and proofread community content in German and English.
- Moderate social media platforms and chat groups.
- Promote Binance's brand and products.
- Collect user insights and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community management or events.
- Strong experience with Telegram moderation and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to organize events and build partnerships.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Binance products.
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement.
- Capable of setting KPIs and mentoring community members.
