Responsibilities
- Calculate, analyze, and monitor key financial metrics such as LTV, CAC, and customer revenue.
- Analyze customer financial behavior including segmentation and churn forecasting.
- Prepare data and provide analytical support for cross-functional projects.
- Consult on financial metrics for other product analysts.
- Create and maintain dashboards and data exports.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst, preferably in fintech or banking.
- Deep knowledge of SQL, including complex queries and window functions.
- Practical experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
- Ability to create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Metabase.
- Understanding of financial metrics in business analytics.
- Independence, responsibility for quality, communication skills, and teamwork.
