Job description
T-Bank is looking for a Data Engineer specializing in Spark to analyze and improve existing Spark processes and develop best practices for the data engineering community.
Responsibilities
• Analyze existing Spark processes, identify issues, and provide improvement recommendations
• Develop and document best practices for Iceberg + Spark for the data engineering community
• Enhance resource allocation algorithms for ETL processes on Spark
• Identify and implement strategic measures to improve ETL process performance on Spark
Requirements
• Industrial experience in implementing ETL processes
• Experience in data analysis and knowledge of mathematical statistics
• Deep understanding of DWH and DLH architectures
• Proficient in distributed data and computing principles
• Excellent knowledge of Spark
