Data Partnerships Operations Associate - TRM

## The impact you will have: - Own the **accuracy and completeness of partner data**, including commercial terms, API usage, and reporting cadence. - Produce and deliver **regular partner usage reports**, proactively resolving discrepancies and ensuring a high bar for data quality. - Support management of **existing partner contracts**, including usage validation, invoice reconciliation, and coordination with Finance. - Enable **partner trust and retention** through reliable reporting, early risk identification, and consistent operational follow-through. - Reduce operational burden on senior partnerships leaders by **streamlining reporting, admin, and GTM support work**. - Surface structured **partner feedback and usage insights** to *Product* and Engineering to inform roadmap and improvements. - Help build and refine **standardized onboarding, reporting, and operational playbooks** to support partner scale.

## What we’re looking for: - 1-5 years of experience in a **partner operations, customer operations, revenue operations, or OEM support** role, ideally in SaaS or data-driven environments. - Strong comfort working with **usage data, reporting, and metrics**, with a high bar for accuracy and clarity. - Familiarity with **commercial workflows** such as contracts, invoicing, renewals, or SLAs (hands-on negotiation not required). - Proven ability to manage **processes end-to-end** with strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with ***Product*and GTM teams** in fast-moving environments. - Clear, professional **written and verbal communication** suitable for partner-facing interactions. - High ownership, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguity while building structure.
