- Provide technical support for the DBaaS product within the VK Cloud platform.
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of infrastructure (DBaaS services) and client incidents with databases.
- Populate the knowledge base with new instructions and articles.
- Participate in planned technological work on the infrastructure.
- Respond to monitoring events for infrastructure services of the DBaaS product.
Requirements
- Experience in administering OS based on Linux.
- Experience in administering and troubleshooting various databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle).
