Responsibilities
- Design and execute DeFi yield strategies across various products
- Evaluate opportunities by risk-adjusted return
- Monitor protocol health and smart contract risk
- Manage active allocations with clear portfolio rules
- Build and maintain performance tracking
- Stress-test strategies under different market scenarios
- Produce strategy reports for the investment team
- Collaborate on market intelligence and early-stage DeFi opportunities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital asset investing or DeFi operations
- Hands-on experience managing capital across major DeFi protocols
- Strong understanding of lending markets, AMMs, and tokenomics
- Knowledge of protocol and smart contract risk frameworks
- Familiarity with major ecosystems like Ethereum and Solana
- Experience with on-chain analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in fast-moving markets
- Python/SQL skills are a plus
