Responsibilities

- Build and develop product development processes from idea to delivery
- Delivery function: release planning, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Lead a team of 10-20 middle managers (product and project managers): recruitment, development, performance evaluation
- Transparent interaction with stakeholders and alignment of priorities
- Develop methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and product metrics
Requirements

- Experience in managing product development and delivery processes in product teams
- Experience in leading leaders, not just line specialists
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in fintech is a plus
