### Responsibilities - Operative management of your department and leadership of your team. - Ensure smooth processes in your area together with your team leaders. - Make operational and personnel decisions and promote the personal development of your team members. - Use key figures to manage your department and take effective countermeasures in case of deviations. - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. - Collaborate closely with other departments for seamless operations.

### Requirements - Completed studies or comparable training with several years of experience in logistics, ideally in a disciplinary leadership position with more than 20 employees. - Strong communication skills and ability to motivate your team. - Expertise in logistics processes, labor law, and works constitution law. - Ability to use operational key figures as a management tool.
