Design Lead / Team Lead of Designers

EverSky is looking for a Design Lead to manage the design department and oversee creative tasks.

### Responsibilities - Distribute tasks among designers, monitor deadlines and workload; - Check the quality of creatives before submission: composition, readability, formats for advertising networks; - Review and edit briefs generated by AI; - Identify mistakes and refine to an acceptable appearance; - Independently create briefs from sketches and references (without needing to elaborate on every detail); - Monitor spy services (AdHeart, Facebook Ad Library, SpyHero), seek effective approaches from competitors; - Form a library of references, propose new visual concepts.

### Requirements - Experience as a team lead for designers is a must; - Experience in designing advertising creatives for traffic arbitrage; - Understanding of what a conversion creative is, not just a 'pretty picture'; - Independence: received an idea = developed it into a ready brief and result; - Experience working with spy services.
