Design Project Manager

- Manage the full lifecycle of design tasks: from briefing to delivery - Prioritize incoming requests from multiple stakeholders across marketing and PR - Improve and scale design workflows to support high-volume production - Act as the main point of contact between design teams and internal clients - Maintain clear and structured communication across multiple teams and time zones - Work closely with Design Leads to plan capacity and delivery - Ensure visibility of team workload and priorities - Support designers by removing blockers and improving task clarity.

- Experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or high-volume in-house marketing team - Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative projects - Understanding of marketing production workflows - Ability to structure, prioritize, and manage large volumes of tasks - Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments - Attention to detail and understanding of visual quality - Proactive approach to improving processes, not just maintaining them - Strong English (B2+ / C1), both written and spoken.
