10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi. The project is in its early stages, with a fast-paced environment and daily shipping.
Responsibilities
- Create promo materials: banners, visuals for posts, infographics, teasers.
- Develop short-form videos and motion graphics: interface demos, feature trailers, micro-animations.
- Produce content for crypto Twitter: memes, quick news reactions, 'alpha' visuals.
- Package products and features into clear narratives through visuals.
- Deliver creative outputs quickly, within an hour or two.
Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience in crypto, prediction markets, fintech, or DeFi with a portfolio.
- Understanding of prediction markets or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent visual taste with a clean and crypto-native aesthetic.
- Proficient in motion design using After Effects, CapCut, Runway, or similar tools.
- AI-first approach with experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, HiggsField.
- Understanding of what works on crypto Twitter: speed, meme culture, style.
- Broad visual exposure and knowledge of how visuals drive engagement.
