Trezor is evolving from a hardware wallet into a platform that external developers can build on. Our firmware modularization initiative is the foundation of that shift - making the integration of new coins, features and applications easier, safer and more scalable. Responsibilities
## 👉 What you'll do
- **Own** product strategy, roadmap and backlog for **firmware modularization**
- **Define and improve** the end-to-end developer journey and platform experience
- **Shape** the developer portal, documentation, contribution processes and submission workflows
- **Partner** with engineering on architecture, technical constraints, dependencies and delivery risks
- **Translate** technical complexity into clear product requirements, priorities and decision-making
- **Define** quality standards and review processes for third-party apps
- **Act as the main contact** for external developers, contributors, partners and ecosystem stakeholders
- **Track** adoption, feedback and ecosystem opportunities to continuously improve the platform and roadmap
Requirements
## 💪 About you
- Experience in **technical product management**, developer platforms, or similar technical leadership roles
- Excellent **communication skills** across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to **collaborate with engineering** on architecture, execution and technical decision-making
- Strong **product thinking** with the ability to turn technical capabilities into great developer experiences
- Experience writing clear **product requirements**, specifications and process documentation
- Ability to **work effectively** with UX, design, external partners and technical stakeholders
- Strong **ownership mindset**, analytical problem-solving and stakeholder leadership
### 👌 Strong Plus
- Experience with developer platforms, SDKs, APIs, app ecosystems, developer portals or third-party integration programs
- Experience with embedded systems, secure devices, firmware, hardware wallets or constrained environments
- Deep interest or background in bitcoin, crypto, wallets or security-focused products
- Ability to collaborate onsite regularly in Prague
