Job description
SmartShell is an ecosystem of digital products for automating computer clubs, cyber arenas, and LAN centers. Our B2B2C products, including SmartShell Cloud, SmartGamer, SmartKiosk, and SmartLock TV, are used by over 1,500 clubs in 26 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement creative digital campaigns: from idea to execution, including channel selection, testing, optimization, and results analysis. • Manage paid advertising campaigns: task setting and execution control with contractors. Ability to objectively assess results and set improvement tasks. • SEO and content marketing: optimize the website, including tasks for improving structure, creating sales landing pages, etc., and participate in content creation to attract organic traffic. • Email marketing and CRM: develop and implement strategies for user retention and engagement. Close collaboration with the sales department to form a seamless funnel and end-to-end analytics. • Analysis and reporting: monitor key product metrics, prepare reports and proposals for campaign improvements. • Collaborate with the team, including: - Product manager defining product development strategy. - Content creator (text) responsible for text content and content strategy. - Content creator (video) creating video materials for promotion. - Digital advertising and website development contractors ensuring technical implementation and promotion. - Designer developing visual materials and interfaces. - Business development manager coordinating overall marketing activities and projects.
Requirements
• Experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role for at least 3 years, preferably in gaming or IT with SaaS B2B2C products. • Experience in setting up contextual advertising for at least 2 years. • Deep understanding and experience in digital channels: SEO, performance marketing, email marketing, social media and messenger advertising, content marketing. • Strong knowledge and skills in analytical tools: Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, and others. • Experience in creating and implementing creative advertising campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining users. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. • Willingness to work in the office in St. Petersburg on a permanent basis.
Conditions
