Responsibilities
• Traffic sources: Combination of paid (VK/Telegram Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Discord) and conditionally free methods (seeding, guerrilla marketing, social media algorithms).
• Paid advertising: Independent setup and optimization of targeting, budget control, and scaling successful combinations.
• Funnels and monetization: Building, testing, and optimizing sales funnels (from lead magnet to LTV client). Integration with CRM analytics.
• Account network: Creation, mass farming, and warming of accounts. Confident knowledge of limits, anti-spam policies, and behavioral factor manipulation mechanics.
• Influence marketing: Finding bloggers, negotiations, purchasing placements, and evaluating effectiveness through UTM tags and analytics.
• Automation: Development and setup of chatbot scenarios (TG, VK) for warming, answering questions, and order processing.
• AI production: Using neural networks for text generation (ChatGPT), visuals, and creating short AI videos (Reels/Clips) to speed up production.
• Legislation and analytics: Full management of advertising labeling (ORD). Compliance with Federal Law 38-FZ "On Advertising".
• Daily work with key metrics (CPL, CPO, ROI, ER) — you make decisions based on numbers, not intuition.
Requirements
• Strategic planning: Ability to build plans for a week, month, and six months ahead. Understanding how to decompose large goals into specific tasks.
• Experience in digital marketing and promotion: Understanding of working with various traffic sources — paid (VK/Telegram targeting, TikTok, YouTube, Discord) and conditionally free (seeding, guerrilla marketing, social media algorithms).
• Setup and optimization of advertising: Confident mastery of targeting setup, control of advertising budgets, scaling effective combinations.
• Building sales funnels and analytics: Experience in testing and optimizing marketing funnels, integration with CRM systems, working with metrics (CPL, CPO, ROI, ER).
• Working with accounts: Creation, mass management, warming of accounts considering limits and anti-spam policies.
• Influence marketing: Analytics of the effectiveness of advertising placements.
• Marketing automation: Experience in developing chatbot scenarios (Telegram, VK), automating warming and sales processes.
• Teamwork: Willingness to participate in regular team calls, brainstorming, and strategic sessions.
• We do not require you to be equally strong in all platforms at once (VK, Telegram Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Instagram). You will take on those social networks and channels where your experience is maximized and where you can deliver the best results.
