### Responsibilities - Oversee the strategic direction and financial performance of our energy infrastructure and data center portfolio. - Manage the entire asset lifecycle, from commercialization to overseeing major reinvestment projects. - Manage complex commercial obligations, including Utility Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and Real Estate Contracts. - Serve as the primary bridge between technical operations, contractual partners, and corporate finance.

### Requirements - 10+ years of professional experience, specifically within energy infrastructure, utilities, or power generation. - Expert-level skills in financial modeling, underwriting, and managing capital deployment for large-scale assets. - Significant experience negotiating and managing power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, energy-related regulatory compliance, and real estate contracts. - A history of leading multi-site portfolios, focusing on optimizing cost structures and enhancing revenue. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members.
