Blockstream is seeking a Director of Enterprise Marketing to lead strategic growth and partnerships for its Enterprise Business Unit. This role involves driving opportunities via media user acquisition, ecosystem integrations, and retail distribution across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the enterprise go-to-market strategy across product lines.
- Define and refine product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering.
- Partner with sales and business development.
- Lead strategic campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals.
- Track and report on marketing performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise B2B or product marketing leadership roles.
- Proven success leading enterprise go-to-market efforts.
- Strong background in technical marketing.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, banking, or payments companies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a technical discipline.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin, blockchain, or crypto technologies.
