Director of Operations Strategy

Divergence VC seeks a Director of Operations Strategy to manage daily processes and lead strategic initiatives in a remote role.

- Manage the fund's daily processes and lead strategic initiatives. - Oversee the operational rhythm of the team (planning, prioritization, follow-ups). - Build and improve processes/systems (documentation, KPIs, workflow). - Coordinate external contractors (legal/finance/tools). - Support portfolio projects (onboarding, reporting, operational templates). - Handle special projects (market mapping, ecosystem initiatives, events/community).

- 3-5 years of general experience in ops/strategy/project management (startup, VC, consulting, fintech or product company). - At least 3 years in crypto/Web3 with an understanding of the market, players and mechanics. - Preferably: experience in fund ops / investor ops / portfolio ops, contractor management (legal, accounting), working with CRM/spreadsheets and regular reporting.
