Responsibilities
- Coordinate Employee Experience programs and internal activities
- Organize corporate events, holidays, wellness initiatives, and cultural programs
- Interact with contractors, agencies, venues, and service providers
- Ensure a high level of organization and quality for all events
- Prepare logistics, scripts, materials, timelines, and checklists
- Advise the HR team on Employee Experience matters
- Maintain documentation, templates, calendars, and quality standards
- Support the Benefits team with organizational issues as needed
Requirements
- Experience in Employee Experience, HR, Internal Communications, Events, or related fields
- Experience organizing internal events and programs for employees
- Skills in interacting with contractors and external partners
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independence and ability to effectively interact with various teams
