Responsibilities
- Plan and implement internal events, offsites, and team buildings
- Manage swag and merchandise (purchases, budget, logistics)
- Administer and improve employee benefits
- Develop engagement and corporate culture initiatives
- Manage contractors, venues, and budgets
- Optimize processes and build scalable workflows
- Lead the Operations team
- Work with stakeholders and coordinate projects
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English
- 4+ years of experience in operations / people ops / workplace experience / event management
- Experience in team management
- Strong project management skills
- Experience organizing events and programs for employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
