Responsibilities
- Engage with engineers and technical teams to understand their challenges
- Recommend, design, and implement solutions using our hardware and software
- Drive the sales process by translating technical solutions into customer impact
- Collaborate closely with our internal engineering and product teams
Requirements
- Engineer (mechanical, electrical, software, or related) with at least a bachelor's degree
- German and English speaker (C1 or higher level)
- Excited about technical sales and working closely with customers
- Problem-solver with excellent communication skills
- Motivated by closing deals through solving real engineering problems
Conditions
- Hybrid role with weekly on-site expectations in our Berlin office

- Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 EUR annual OTE, includes uncapped sales bonus and equity
