Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the team's work, including sprint planning, prioritization, and task distribution.
- Participate in designing and reviewing architectural solutions.
- Own infrastructure-related tasks, including build processes, containerization, and update delivery.
- Coordinate the development of new features and facilitate collaboration within the team.
- Ensure release quality and maintain the overall technical health of the application.
Requirements
- Experience managing a software development team of at least 3 engineers.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Hands-on experience with Electron.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cross-platform build processes.
- Knowledge of desktop application development specifics on Windows and/or macOS.
