- Own the technical roadmap for Tax Engineering.
- Lead a team of 12 engineers.
- Build tax primitives for new products.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate requirements into solutions.
- Drive delivery of mission-critical systems.
- Shape engineering processes and practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of engineering management experience.
- Technical depth equivalent to a Staff Engineer.
- Experience building data-intensive systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally.
Conditions
- Annual base salary range: $142K-$238K.
