- Deep banking expertise: understanding of the specifics of operations, knowledge of regulatory acts and requirements of the Bank of Russia.
- Architectural thinking: ability to design complex solutions considering the interaction of technologies and resources.
- Communication skills: ability to negotiate in cross-functional teams and defend solutions at different levels of abstraction.
- Systemic approach: experience in designing solutions considering industry specifics.
- A plus: Knowledge of modern design notations and proficiency in system and process modeling tools.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive architectural analysis.
- Citizenship: Only Russian Federation.
