Responsibilities
- Organize company-wide events (Summer Party, New Year Party, Programmer’s Day, etc.)
- Define concepts, formats, and experience design for events
- Manage the full cycle of event production: budgets, contractors, logistics, launch
- Develop vendor pool and event documentation
- Organize internal conferences, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing events
- Work with C-level and senior stakeholders on content and program
- Prepare speakers (structure, messaging, rehearsals)
- Launch culture-driven initiatives for employee engagement
- Support teams in organizing local events
- Analyze engagement and event metrics, gather feedback, and improve processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in event management
- Experience organizing large corporate events end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with content and speaker-driven events is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with contractors, budgets, and event production
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Data-driven approach and experience with engagement metrics
