### What you will do: - Provide high-touch assistance ensuring the CEO can devote their complete attention to achieving the company's mission. - Address urgent matters and ensure the CEO's schedule runs smoothly. - Operate with a high level of security and confidentiality. - Anticipate future needs, including personal needs of the CEO. - Shape information and organizational dynamics. - Look for efficiency and process improvement. - Manage intricate and time-sensitive scheduling demands. - Organize detailed travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas. - Collaborate on and coordinate projects and event planning activities. - Manage a high volume of emails, flagging important messages. - Draft and prepare confidential correspondence. - Proficiently handle expense reports.
