FD/RD Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales manager for lead processing in our Forex project with a stable flow of warm leads.

### Responsibilities - Process incoming leads in chat and chat-bot - Warm up and lead to first deposit (FD) - Maintain CRM: statuses, database, follow-up - Reactivation and retention of leads (RD) - Work according to scripts and funnel logic

### Requirements - Experience in Forex is mandatory — we only consider those who have processed Forex leads before - Understand the specifics of the vertical: deposits, trading, work with traders - Ability to warm up and lead to deposit, not just respond - Confident use of any CRM - Good written communication skills, quick response - Available during working hours, leads should not be left hanging.

### Conditions - Full remote, schedule: 09:00–18:00 UTC+8 (negotiable) - Payment: Fixed rate + % from deposits, totaling from $1000 with no cap.
