FD/RD Manager

W-team agency is looking for a strong FD/RD Manager to handle Forex traffic in LATAM. The ideal candidate should excel in closing leads and driving deposits.

• Process incoming Forex traffic for LATAM GEO; • Close leads on FD - first deposit; • Lead clients to RD - repeat deposits; • Work in Chatter: messaging, warming up, closing, support; • Identify client motivation and guide them to action; • Handle objections, fears, and doubts of the audience; • Maintain conversion rates, average check, and KPI fulfillment; • Systematically manage clients without losing leads.

• Experience in sales/lead processing for at least 1 year; • Experience with Forex, crypto, investments, BO, iGaming, or other high-risk verticals is a big plus; • Understanding of FD/RD logic and working with deposits; • Ability to sell through messaging, not just respond; • Willingness to work with LATAM audience; • Discipline, quick response, and availability during working hours.
