We are Bee Talents, building IT teams globally since 2015. We invite you to the recruitment process for Wonderful.ai, a scale-up specializing in deploying Agentic AI for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
### Main Challenges
- Implementing AI agents directly with major enterprise clients in Poland.
- Integration with their systems, processes, and architecture to ensure AI solutions operate stably in production and deliver real business value.
### Daily Tasks
- Implementation and integration of AI agents with client systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, ERP).
- Working onsite with client teams; translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Analyzing enterprise architecture and processes to identify technical and process intricacies affecting solution performance.
- Iterative deployment, testing, and optimization of AI agents in real business conditions.
- Working with legacy systems; understanding the limitations and specifics of older software versions.
- Ensuring scalability and independence of deployed agents; the system must operate stably even after the deployment team withdraws.
- Participating in the full delivery cycle: from demos and discovery workshops to pilot implementation and production support.
Requirements
### What You Will Need
- Solid experience as a backend engineer (technology-agnostic).
- Experience in deployments in enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with legacy systems and understand the limitations of older architectures.
- Strong soft skills; ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders on the client side.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
