Finance Controller

## Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented finance professional to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, cost control, compliance, and business finance activities. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience in managing finance operations in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial efficiency. Qualification - CA with 7 yrs Experience

### Key Responsibilities: ### Financial Reporting & Accounting - Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing. - Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. - Ensure timely MIS pack sharing and reporting with the MIS team with detailed analysis on expenses. - Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements. - Ensure timely updations of all Balance Sheet and PL schedules. ### Internal Controls & Compliance - Design and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and tax advisors. - Ensure proper documentation and compliance for vendor payments and procurement cycles. ### Business Partnering - Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams for decision-making and process implementations and adherence. ### Team Management - Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. - Establish performance goals and drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements.

### Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Advanced Excel and MIS reporting capabilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment. ### Industry Preference: - Fintech/Financial services/ any exchanges
