Finance Director, Push

This role is for Push Virtual Assets Ireland, a regulated crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under MiCAR.

### Responsibilities - Ensure robust financial governance and prudential compliance. - Shape Push’s financial strategy and regulatory compliance framework. - Lead the Finance team’s operations for Push. - Manage financial risks, FX exposure, and liquidity management. - Oversee treasury policies, processes, and controls. - Establish relationships with regulators and ensure timely reporting. - Direct financial planning, budgeting, modelling, and forecasting. - Oversee accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities. - Support Push’s transition to a pan-European CASP model.

### Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA, ACA, or equivalent preferred). - 7+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or related senior roles. - Prior experience in a PCF role or equivalent senior regulated function. - Strong background in crypto, fintech, or financial services. - Deep understanding of blockchain and market dynamics. - Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and treasury management systems. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
