Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounts payable and receivable workflows.
- Manage treasury flows across wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts.
- Design operational systems and embed risk controls.
- Build and maintain real-time reconciliation frameworks.
- Develop a treasury management strategy.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in financial operations, treasury, or accounting.
- Experience in crypto accounting.
- Deep understanding of blockchain mechanics and DeFi primitives.
- Proven experience building reconciliation systems.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and SQL.
