We are scaling our team and looking for a Finance Manager to help make data-driven decisions, control financial metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting (P&L)
• Analyze team revenues, expenses, and net profit
• Prepare financial forecasts and recommendations for cost optimization
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and calculations
Requirements
• Experience as a Finance Manager / Financial Analyst in an arbitration team
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of P&L and Unit Economics
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Conditions
• Fixed salary: $1,500 + $500 for KPI achievement
