## About Criptoro is a Spain-based Fintech DeFi platform headquartered in Madrid. The company offers a multi-product ecosystem including an online academy, technology consulting, website development and design, tax advisory, legal services, a cryptocurrency multi-exchange, and an e-commerce platform. Criptoro operates at the intersection of traditional finance and the crypto economy, enabling users to pay for services using both fiat currencies (EUR and others) and cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin.

## Responsibilities - Manage financial planning and budgeting processes - Prepare financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) - Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and expenses - Conduct financial analysis across business units and products (exchange, payments, e-commerce, academy) - Collaborate with tax and legal advisors - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including crypto-related regulations - Develop and implement financial processes and policies - Support strategic decision-making through financial insights - Work with investors and prepare reports for stakeholders

## Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst - Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting (IFRS/GAAP) - Experience in financial modeling and forecasting - Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (required) - Experience with ERP or financial systems - Understanding of fintech and payment systems - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - English level B2+ (Spanish is a plus)
