Krupisen is seeking a Finance Manager to handle financial records, reports, and crypto transactions. Requires 2-4 years of experience and intermediate English.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records (both fiat and crypto transactions)
- Prepare regular financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, management reports)
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Monitor expenses and manage payments
- Work with crypto wallets, exchanges, and payment providers
- Assist with audits and collaborate with external accountants
- Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Help improve and automate financial processes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Audit
- Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow)
- English level: Intermediate+ or higher
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
