Job description
At Finoa, we are driven by a bold mission: to enable institutions and individuals globally to migrate their capital into the onchain economy. And we are actively engineering the platform that makes it possible. We believe that great products are built by people who are eager to leave their mark on the world. We are seeking ambitious, hard-working individuals who are ready to innovate in a rapidly changing environment. We offer a collaborative space where your impact is visible and your growth is supported. If you are ready to put in the work to redefine the global financial system, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Own the Systems Stack: Build and manage the finance systems stack end-to-end (AP, AR, FP&A), taking full responsibility for configuration, cross-platform integrations, and continuous optimization. - Champion AI & Automation: Establish AI and automation as the core engine of finance operations by designing, building, and maintaining API-based integrations and automated workflows that replace manual processes. - Translate Systems Logic: Act as the bridge between Finance and Tech, translating complex accounting and financial requirements into scalable system logic, automation rules, and robust reporting structures. - Be a Proactive Partner: Collaborate with Customer Operations, People, and Product teams to ensure frictionless and productive internal operations. - Lead Automated BI & SQL Reporting: Drive the transition away from spreadsheet-based reporting by implementing automated dashboards and reports using SQL and modern BI tools. - Support Regulatory Governance: Partner with the Risk Management team to ensure that relevant financial and operational data is accurate across all entities so that regulatory filings (e.g., CIMA VASP reporting) can be prepared with audit-ready precision. - Drive Strategic Planning: Support group-wide budgeting and long-term financial modeling, leading the shift toward real-time situational awareness by integrating live on-chain data into decision-making frameworks.
Requirements
- Strong Foundation: Approximately 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Technology, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking. - Builders Mindset: A proven track record of successful experiments in AI and automation. - Tech-Forward Approach: Proficiency with modern data and analytics tools and SQL is essential; you are passionate about using technology to automate tasks and solve problems. - Sector Interest: Experience in or a strong passion for the Crypto/Web3 sector is a significant advantage. - Independent Drive: You are intrinsically motivated, highly organized, and thrive in an autonomous environment.
Conditions
- A competitive salary and benefits package. - A clear growth path and an opportunity to have a significant impact on a fast-growing, well-funded FinTech. - Direct mentorship from the VP of Finance to support your development into a senior finance expert. - A budget for professional development, learning, and conferences to help you grow with the company. - A modern, hybrid work environment with a distributed team of passionate colleagues.
