Job description
Sber is looking for a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate Sector to conduct economic calculations, analyze project efficiency, and participate in business planning.
Responsibilities
• Conduct economic calculations to determine optimal asset management methods
• Analyze the efficiency of current projects, identify growth points and risks
• Participate in business planning, budget formation, and control
• Build and maintain financial models
• Regular reporting and presentations for management
• Ad hoc tasks related to financial analysis and data preparation.
Requirements
• Higher education in economics
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields
• Deep knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications
• Experience with databases
• Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical mindset, and ability to work with large volumes of information.
