- At least 2 years of experience in payments (PSP, acquiring, payment systems, fintech companies).
- Experience as a financial manager, financial analyst, or reconciliation specialist for at least 2 years.
- Practical experience in reconciliation between PSPs, acquirers, and merchants.
- Understanding of payment processing, acquiring, chargebacks, refunds, and reserves.
- Experience in preparing management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow).
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, working with large data sets).
- High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
- English language at least Intermediate level (B1-B2).
