Looking for an experienced Financial Manager for an arbitration team. Remote full-time position with a salary range of $1000 - $1400.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Daily KPI calculation for each department and employee;
- Building financial models (P&L, LTV calculation from different traffic sources, cash flow);
- Controlling the company's financial flows, optimizing costs, accounting and managing all expenses;
- Monitoring financial metrics, providing recommendations for improvement;
- Analyzing promising areas and calculating the profitability of all projects;
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets;
- Maintaining reporting.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in a similar position in an arbitration team for at least 1 year;
- Experience in building complex financial models from scratch (P&L, experience in LTV calculation from different traffic sources is a significant advantage);
- Skills in Excel / Google Sheets;
- Responsibility and punctuality;
- Higher financial education will be a big advantage.
