Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Financial Reporting to join our team. This role focuses on the accounting and financial reporting of investment entities, supporting the preparation of financial statements for subsidiaries, and handling full-set accounting for smaller-sized entities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for investment entities.
- Track and account for investment transactions, valuations, and related income/expenses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for subsidiaries.
- Handle end-to-end accounting for smaller-sized entities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and reporting processes.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with full-set accounting is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
