Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (SQL / Python) for financial risk and regulatory reporting
- Automate and improve processes for capital adequacy, liquidity metrics (LCR/NSFR), leverage ratio, and large exposures
- Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability, and robustness across risk systems
- Collaborate on risk analytics, ad-hoc analyses, and projects related to existing and new products
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual controls and reporting workflows
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our risk data architecture and tooling landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Data Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in risk, data analytics, fintech, banking, or data infrastructure
- Strong hands-on programming skills in SQL and Python
- Experience with data pipelines, modelling, or data infrastructure
- Solid understanding of financial products (e.g., futures, options, swaps) and/or risk concepts
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a small, high-impact team
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks is a plus
- Crypto / digital assets exposure is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Self-driven, hands-on, and execution-oriented personality
