Responsibilities
- Co-design financial products and value propositions with the Product Lead.
- Assess financial, counterparty, liquidity, and interest rate risks.
- Define capital allocation logic and monitor performance.
- Build risk assessment frameworks and financial models.
Requirements
- Experience in financial product design, risk strategy, or structured finance.
- DeFi-native experience with strong understanding of protocol mechanics.
- Expertise in structured product risk.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex concepts.
