- Own the heartbeat of our financial system, monitoring and reconciling high-volume transaction flows. - Produce daily financial snapshot reports. - Continuously refine financial processes for reliability and regulatory alignment. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Optimize crypto payment flows. - Collaborate with risk, compliance, engineering, operations, and product teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Ideally 2+ years of experience post-graduation. - Experience within a financial exchange or high-volume payment processor. - Strong analytical skills. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. - Hands-on exposure to settlement flows and crypto rails. - High attention to detail. - Clear communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - An entrepreneurial mindset.
