Responsibilities
### Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Launch our new products on Product Hunt
- Improve SEO to achieve an ambitious goal of 50k monthly organic traffic
- Manage producing content
- Build the largest no-code community
- Testing new marketing channels
- Work closely with GTM and marketing analytics
- Come up with all crazy ideas to drive 10x growth
- Build a marketing team
Requirements
### What skills and experience do you need?
- Founder’s experience is a huge plus.
- 2+ years of managing growth, preferably at talent marketplaces.
- You love no-code
- You had experience of scaling SEO (content / programmatic)
- You're highly organized; you're comfortable managing many workstreams; you ensure that work is done in good time.
- Data-driven; strong data analysis skills, deep understanding of Google Analytics and GTM. Understanding of how to improve CAC, LTV, ROMI, CPM, CPV, CTR, CPC, CPA
- Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Webflow - Familiarity with Hubspot, Airtable, Figma
