HR Human Consulting is acting as an intermediary on behalf of an international client seeking to strengthen its geopolitical research and advisory capabilities. Our client is an Asian-based hedge fund operating globally and focusing on long-term investment positioning and opportunity identification.
Responsibilities
### Key Responsibilities
- Provide geopolitical analysis with a strong emphasis on Russia / Eurasian region, including political systems, economic structures, and social dynamics.
- Deliver concise analytical reports, policy briefings, and presentations tailored to investment decision-making.
- Contribute contextual insights to support long-term strategic positioning and opportunity assessment.
- Leverage a professional network to gather expert views and qualitative insights, in full compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Support ad hoc research requests on geopolitical risks, sanctions, governance, and macro-political trends.
- Work with international stakeholders as a trusted person.
Requirements
### Profile & Requirements
- Proven experience in consulting, think tanks, public affairs, public administration, or related fields.
- Well-established and broad professional network, with ability to mobilize contacts for informed perspectives and contextual understanding.
- Strong understanding of geopolitical dynamics, political institutions, economic systems, and societal trends.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality analytical deliverables (reports).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professional ethics.
- Comfortable working with international stakeholders and sensitive topics.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Intellectual curiosity, strong geopolitical awareness, and analytical rigor.
- Reliable, responsible, and deadline-driven.
