### Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Analyst.
- Experience with banking systems and understanding of the principles of banking in Belarus.
- Participation in FinTech projects.
- Experience with AIS "SoftClub".
- Familiarity with Jira / Confluence.
- Understanding of Scrum / SAFe methodologies.
- Experience in architecture (patterns, design/drawing architecture, understanding of main components).
- Experience with HTTP, REST, SOAP.
- Experience with data formats: JSON, XML, XSD, YAML, CSV.
- Experience with Kafka.
- Experience with Figma.
- Experience with Postman.
- Experience with message brokers, ESB.
- Experience in developing project documentation (specifications, algorithms).
- Experience in modeling (UML, C4, ERD).
