FX/Credit Lead

- Oversee FX conversion operations including quote management, trade execution, and settlement. - Monitor FX pricing engine performance and manage vendor selection. - Handle escalations and drive root-cause resolution. - Own daily reconciliation and coordinate settlement flows. - Maintain relationships with banking partners and monitor liquidity. - Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams. - Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on new feature rollouts.

- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance or International Business. - 5+ years experience in payment industry or FX operations. - Interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and trading. - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. - Data-savvy with basic metrics understanding. - Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure. - Strong team spirit and willingness to motivate colleagues. - Fluent in English.
