Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end FX conversion operations including quote management, trade execution, and settlement.
- Monitor real-time FX pricing engine performance.
- Manage and optimize intelligent vendor selection logic.
- Handle escalations for failed transactions and provider API errors.
- Own daily reconciliation across all currency inflows/outflows.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and monitor liquidity depth.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Partner with Product and Tech teams on new feature rollouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance or International Business.
- 5+ years experience in payment industry or FX operations.
- Interest in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, and trading.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- Data-savvy and able to troubleshoot effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
