Job description
We are a large game development studio creating a new multiplayer survival game where the world not only reacts to players but evolves, remembers, and resists. Under the hood, there are three AI systems: event and mutation generation, long-term narrative arcs, and player influence modeling.
Responsibilities
- Develop a multi-agent AI system
- Create models: events, mutations, world simulation, player influence
- Integrate AI into gameplay as a mechanic
- Work with world state and pipelines
- Optimize (cache, pre-gen, hybrid)
- Collaborate with game design and CTO
Requirements
- 2+ years in product development
- Strong Python + experience with LLM
- Experience in architecture and systems thinking
- Understanding of game feel + gaming experience
- English B2
